The Plate roller is a type of special metal forming machine that can change sheet metals into curved shapes such as cylinders, spheres, or other forms. How to use a Hydraulic 4-Roll Plate roller with Pre-Bend
  1. Start by preparing the sheet metal that you want to bend. Make sure that it is clean, free of any debris, and properly aligned.

  2. Adjust the top roll to the desired pre-bend angle. This roll will be used to make a small bend in the metal before the main bending operation.

  3. Position the sheet metal between the bottom roll and the top roll, with the pre-bend angle facing up.

  4. Slowly begin to apply pressure to the bottom roll, using the hydraulic motor. As the metal begins to bend, continue to adjust the top roll to achieve the desired angle.

  5. Once the desired bend angle is achieved, stop the machine and remove the sheet metal.

  6. Repeat the process for any additional pieces of metal that need to be bent.

It's important to note that before using the machine, the operator should be trained and familiar with the machine operation and safety measures. Also, the machine should be properly maintained and in good working condition.
