Delivery is 10-16 Weeks from Deposit
Prepare the workpiece: Place the workpiece on the lower die and secure it in place with clamps or fixtures, as needed.
Adjust the press: Set the desired height for the top sliding block and adjust the position of the upper die to match the workpiece.
Check safety devices: Ensure that all safety devices, such as limit switches, emergency stop buttons, and interlocks, are in proper working condition.
Start the hydraulic system: Turn on the hydraulic power unit and allow the system to reach full pressure.
Initiate the press cycle: Press the start button or trigger the foot pedal to initiate the press cycle. The top sliding block will descend, applying force to the workpiece.
Monitor the process: Observe the workpiece and the press during the cycle to ensure that it is progressing as expected.
End the press cycle: Once the desired amount of force has been applied, press the stop button or release the foot pedal to end the press cycle. The top sliding block will return to its original position.
Remove the workpiece: Carefully remove the finished workpiece and any clamps or fixtures.
Note: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, when operating the press. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
