Delivery is 8-12 Weeks from Deposit
Preparation: Make sure that the press and the workpiece are properly aligned and securely clamped. Ensure that the workpiece is free of debris and that the pressing tools are in good condition.
Powering up: Start the hydraulic pump system and let the press reach full pressure. Check the gauges to ensure that the pressure is within the safe operating range.
Placement: Use the top sliding block to carefully place the workpiece and pressing tools into position. Secure the workpiece with clamps or other holding devices.
Operation: Start the pressing cycle by activating the hydraulic cylinder. Monitor the pressure gauges and other safety indicators to ensure that the press is functioning properly.
Completion: Once the pressing cycle is complete, turn off the hydraulic pump and release the pressure. Carefully remove the workpiece and tools from the press.
