Description

Under conditions of large elastic-plastic bending of metal materials, regardless of the initial degree of bending, the hydraulic precision leveler uses the "Bauschinger effect" to repeatedly bend the plate. This process gradually reduces bending deflection, transforming various initial curvatures into a single, uniform curvature and ultimately leveling the material to the desired accuracy.

The hydraulic leveling machine is widely used in industry due to its advanced technology, high leveling precision, broad processing range, high degree of automation, and reliable, stable performance under high stress. During the roll leveling process, the metal plate undergoes a series of alternating bends.
